In saying that, sometimes you can’t beat a good 16 month aged, imported San Daniele or some of our great Italian pizza toppings – authenticity at every level.
We take great produce and create what we feel is a great end product.
Specials are consistently rotated for the best produce, with an amazing beverage menu to go with our well-loved food. We make as much ‘in house’ as possible, including down to the lavosh on the cheese board, made with great Aussie cheeses.
We even make our 72 hour Pizza dough using a full blooded Italian!
